Andy Murray will feature in the inaugural International Premier Tennis League later this year.
The 2013 Wimbledon champion has agreed to enter the players' draft in Dubai this Sunday.
The 26-year-old Briton will be one of 70 players to participate in the tournament that is based on the Indian Premier League cricket championship.
The men's draft includes Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Stanislas Wawrinka, as well as past greats Andre Agassi and Pete Sampra, while Serena Williams and Victoria Azarenka will be in the women's draw.
The IPTL will be played in Asia between November 28 and December 20 at the end of the regular 2014 tennis season.
The tournament will feature five teams based in Hong Kong, Mumbai, Singapore, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur playing home and away, and the matches will be over the best of five sets, with each set to be played in a different format – men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, mixed doubles and men's legends.
