Former world number one Mats Wilander has insisted that Andy Murray is just as good as Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal after his US Open win.
The Scot finally ended his wait for his first Grand Slam title after beating the Serb in an epic five-set match to win the US Open earlier on this week.
The Swede believes that Murray is on a par with his 'top four' rivals and is certain that the 25-year-old can go on to win more titles.
"This is the perfect time for Murray to step into the winner's circle and push the other guys out of the way," said Wilander.
"I don't see any reason why he shouldn't win six, seven Grand Slam titles.
"He's clearly as good as the other three and can play so well on so many different surfaces."
Murray also won a gold medal at the London Olympic Games earlier this summer.
