Marin Cilic's Barcelona Open campaign has come to an end after Victor Estrella Burgos executed a 6-4 6-4 victory in the second round.
Both players lost serve in the early stages of the opening set, but it was Estrella who managed to go another break up to give himself the edge.
After successfully serving for the set, the 34-year-old suffered a wobble when Cilic took an early break in the second set.
However, the Croatian's surge was halted when he lost serve in the next game and Estrella was able to bounce back by sealing another break.
Holding serve was all that Estrella needed to do to win the match, and he did just that to book a place in the third round.
