Dan Evans has won his third second-tier title of the year with victory at the Aptos Challenger.
The Birmingham-based hitter played fellow British representative Cameron Norrie in the final but he had too much for the qualifier as he prevailed by a 6-3 6-4 scoreline.
Evans broke twice in the opening set to establish a lead over the 20-year-old and although he dropped his serve three times throughout the match, he was able to get past the world number 423 in relatively comfortable fashion.
The win for Evans will see him move up to a career-high world ranking of 60 on Monday.
