John Isner has successfully defended his title at the Hall of Fame Tennis Championships in Newport following a straight-sets victory over Lleyton Hewitt.
With both players holding serve in the first set the American went on to convincingly claim the tie-break 7-1.
Hewitt, who was competing in his first ATP Tour final in two years, was broken once in the second as the world number 11 saw out the match 6-4.
The title is Isner's first of the year after he came second at both Indian Wells and Houston at the start of the season.
