Andy Murray has booked his spot in the second round of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open following a comfortable 6-0 6-0 win over Mousa Shanan Zayed.
The inexperienced Zayed, who has won just two professional matches during his career, struggled to cope with the power of Murray during the contest, which ended in just 38 minutes.
Two straightforward breaks of serve allowed Murray to move 4-0 ahead in the first, before he held serve to move within one game of the first set, which he secured with his second break point.
It was a similar story in the second and what proved to be final set as the Scot secured three breaks and three holds to ease his way into the next round.
