Agnieszka Radwanska has launched into the third round of the Madrid Open following a 6-0 6-1 defeat of Sara Errani.
The world number four stormed through the first set in just over half an hour, imposing her impressive form on Errani by breaking the 24-year-old's serve instantly.
While the Italian pro tried to force an impact on the match in the fourth game, Radwanska's powerful shots were too much to handle for Errani, who failed to win a single game in the opening set.
Radwanska continued her dominance in the early stages of the second set by snatching a break in Errani's opening service game and executing a number of precise forehand shots to keep control of the match.
Errani managed to claim one game in the contest but it was not enough to launch a comeback as Radwanska cruised to victory in Spain.
