Klara Zakopalova has set up a semi-final clash in the Paris Open after a 3-6, 7-5, 6-1 victory over Julia Goerges.
Goerges took the first set after 45 minutes of play as her Czech opponent couldn't do enough to ensure a challenge in the early stages of the match.
Despite this, however, Zakopalova forced her way into contention with some impressive shots which clinched Goerges's break of serve.
The 29-year-old Czech went on to claim the second set 7-5, and began the third in impressive fashion, breaking Goerges early on.
This seemed to knock the fight out of the German, leaving Zakopalova free to finish her opponent off quickly, winning the last set 6-1
Zakopalova will face either Roberta Vinci or Marion Bartoli in the semi-final of the tournament.
