Defeated Wimbledon finalist Andy Murray has pinpointed the Olympics and US Open period as an "important" time in the tennis calendar.
Murray says that he is over the heartbreak of losing his first Wimbledon final and is remaining focused on this vital period of his schedule.
"You don't look back really, you try and look forward and [passing the torch] is the perfect motivation to get over Wimbledon and get ready for [the Olympics]," Murray said.
"You've got the Olympics and then three weeks after you have the US Open, so it's a really important time of year. You need to move on quickly, get on the practice court and do some work."
Murray lost to Lu Yen-Hsun in the first round at the Beijing Olympics.
