The British trio of James Ward, Joshua Goodall and Naomi Broady all crashed out of US Open qualifying on Wednesday.
All three players failed to progress past the first round, with Ward losing a tight match to Dmitry Tursunov 6-3 2-6 6-4.
Goodall failed to produce the same level of performance in his contest against Guido Andreozzi and lost 6-3 6-2 to his opponent from Argentina without recording a break point.
The women's British number five, Naomi Broady, lost 6-4 6-2 to China's Xu Yi-Fan to complete a miserable day for Great Britain's tennis fans.
