Novak Djokovic has praised the "immense quality" of Andy Murray after battling past the Scot in an entertaining quarter-final encounter at the US Open.
The world number one overcame his opponent 7-6 6-7 6-2 6-4 at Flushing Meadows this morning to book his place in the last four of the showpiece competition.
"Of course, I'm very glad to get through to another semi-final," BBC Sport quotes Djokovic as saying. "Andy has changed his game for the better in the last couple of years. He's an established top player, someone who has immense quality."
Kei Nishikori awaits Djokovic in the next round.
