Novak Djokovic has made light work of Sam Querry to progress through to round four of the US Open.
The world number one eased past his lowly-ranked opponent in straight sets in New York to set up a meeting with Philipp Kohlschreiber or John Isner.
Querry lost serve on two occasions in the opening set, allowing Djokovic to power into a 5-0 lead which he eventually converted into a 6-3 set score.
Djokovic broke his opponent on three occasions in the second to once more secure a straightforward 6-2 success.
It was a similar outcome in the final set with top seed Djokovic showing his strength to prevail 6-2 and complete the straight-sets victory.
