Marion Bartoli has admitted that she had to dig deep to earn her place in the last four at Wimbledon.
The 15th seed overcame American Sloane Stephens in straight sets 6-4 7-5 in the quarter-finals of the competition.
"Obviously the grass is really suiting my game," Bartoli told BBC Sport. "It was a very tough battle."
Bartoli will now face Kirsten Flipkens in the semi-finals on Thursday.
