Roger Federer has declared that he was "very happy" with his performance during his 6-1 6-3 6-4 victory over Serbian Dusan Lajovic in the first round of Wimbledon.
The defending champion brushed aside the world number 57 inside 79 minutes, and after the match he was in a positive mindset.
"I felt good from the start, which was not the case against him last year. Very happy with my point-for-point mentality," he told reporters in his post-match press conference.
"I felt at home."
Federer will play either Slovakia's Lukas Lacko or Benjamin Bonzi of France in round two.
