Sabine Lisicki has expressed her delight in reaching her first Wimbledon final following a 'battling' victory over Agnieszka Radwanska.
The German, who knocked top seed Serena Williams out of the tournament, managed to see off the Polish pro 6-4 2-6 9-7 at SW19 to set up the final against Marion Bartoli.
"It's unbelievable," Lisicki told BBC Sport. "The last few games were so exciting. We were fighting, Agnieszka played so well throughout the match.
"It was a battle. I'm so happy to have won that. I fought with all my heart and believed I could still win no matter what the score was."
Meanwhile, the men's semi-finals are scheduled for tomorrow, with Andy Murray due up against Jerzy Janowicz, and Novak Djokovic due to play Juan Martin del Potro.
