Jo-Wilfried Tsonga could be ruled out of Wimbledon due to an injury he sustained during his Queen's Club defeat to Ivan Dodig.
The Frenchman suffered a suspected broken finger in the 7-6 (7-3) 3-6 7-6 (7-5) loss to the Croatian underdog, BBC Sport reports.
"I think it's serious," said Tsonga. "I'll have a scan but it sounds bad. I felt like I broke or strained it."
The world number five picked up the wound in the sixth game of the third set, but was in uncharacteristically poor form before the incident occurred.
Dodig capitalised after Tsonga surrendered a tie-break late on to set up a quarter-final clash with 2010 champion Sam Querrey.
