Ivo Karlovic has booked his place in the fourth round of Wimbledon with a 7-6(3) 4-6 7-6(2) 7-6(9) victory over France's Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
The big serving Croatian took the opening set on a tie break after neither man had found a way to unpick the other's serve.
However, Tsonga fought back and punished a rare poor service game from Karlovic with a break to take the second set and level the game.
Neither player could find away to outfox the other in the third, and in the resulting tie-break, Karlovic's serve was again the key.
The 31st seed delivered a barrage from the service line to outgun Tsonga and take the tie-break 7-2, and with it, the lead in the match.
The fourth set went much the same way, leaving Karlovic to take victory with another display of his serving prowess courtesy of yet another breaker.
