Serena Williams has set up a clash with Great Britain's Heather Watson at Wimbledon after thumping Timea Babos to reach the third round this evening.
The 20-time Grand Slam champion seldom looked in trouble as she beat the Hungarian 6-4 6-1 to book a meeting with Watson, whom she has never faced.
Williams set out her stall early on by breaking Babos in the opening game - a break that proved enough to earn a first-set lead after both held their respective serve for the remainder of the opener.
Two more breaks of serve in the first five games of the second set helped the world number one - vying for her third successive Grand Slam this year - into a 4-1 lead.
Babos could muster little response as she lost the final two games, with Williams doing enough to set up a clash with Watson - the last woman standing for Britain.
