Jo Wilfried-Tsonga has booked his spot in the quarter-finals of Wimbledon following a 4-6 7-6 6-4 6-4 victory over Mardy Fish.
It was Fish who started the match the better and he broke the Tsonga serve in the opening game to take the first set 6-4.
Tsonga improved as the match developed, but it took a tie-break for him to level the match at one set all.
The third set was interrupted on Monday by the weather, but the Frenchman held his serve to take it 6-4.
The fourth and final set was equally tight, but Tsonga proved too strong for the number 10 seed in the latter stages as he secured the break at 1-1 to take it 6-4.
He will play Philipp Kohlschreiber in the next round.
