UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has become the first mixed martial arts fighter to sign a global sponsorship deal with sportswear giant Nike.
The 25-year-old will feature in Nike brand advertising worldwide and get his own signature line with the company.
Jones is the youngest champion in UFC history, achieving the feat in March 2011 after just a few years in the sport.
He confirmed the deal on his Twitter account @JonnyBones, tweeting: "Blessed to be signed by the biggest sports apparel company in the world.
"Dreams do come true, never allow anyone to tell you what you can or cannot do."
Jones will defend his light heavyweight title against Dan Henderson at UFC 151 in Las Vegas on Saturday, September 1.
