Great Britain's curling coach Soren Gran has revealed that reaching the semi-finals was the team's aim at the Winter Olympics.
Skip David Murdoch secured the side's progression to the final four with a double take out with the final stone in their playoff against Norway earlier today.
Gran told reporters: "That shot meant a lot for us. We came here to reach the semi-finals and it's fantastic.
"I asked the guys what they thought the best chance was to win the game and we all agreed it was our best chance. It was a spectacular shot for everyone watching."
Team GB will face Sweden in the last four tomorrow.
