American David Wise has said that his family is his number one priority following his gold medal win at the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
The skier claimed gold in the halfpipe final on Tuesday with a first run score of 92.00.
Wise hugged his wife Alexandra after his win as she held photos of their 2-year-old daughter Nayeli.
He told reporters: "I think it's more important to be a good husband and father than it is to be a great skier."
Wise is the sixth American to win gold in Sochi.
