Randy Orton has become the new WWE champion after cashing in his Money in the Bank contract at Summerslam.
Moments earlier, Daniel Bryan had defeated John Cena to become the new champion, before Orton made his entrance.
He looked to have decided against an impromptu match with Bryan, before Triple H, who had been the special guest referee, stunned Bryan with a pedigree.
That resulted in Orton returning to the ring to pin Bryan to become the WWE champion for the seventh time.
