Sports Mole rounds up all the action from Friday's games in the T20 Blast.

Gloucestershire Gladiators claimed a five-wicket win over Middlesex Panthers, leaving the visitors without a win in the T20 Blast so far this season.

John Simpson led Middlesex with the bat, finishing his innings with 22 not out, but was the only batsman to add more than 20, setting Gloucester a target of just 112 for victory.

Rain forced the match to be cut to 13-over innings, but a half-century from Daniel Bell-Drummond helped Kent post a total of 164.

James Hildreth finished 58 not out in reply for Somerset, but Douglas Bollinger frustrated the batsman, finishing with figures of 3-36.

Hampshire secured their first win of the competition, beating Sussex Sharks by 18 runs.

Essex Eagles beat Glamorgan's total with just two balls to spare to make it two wins from two in the T20 Blast, leaving them at the top of the South Group.

A 96-run stand for the opening wicket from Jacques Rudolph and James Allenby appeared to have left Glamorgan in a strong position, but Essex's middle order were in dominant form to pass their 190-run target in the final over.

Worcestershire Rapids cruised to a 24-run win over Nottinghamshire Outlaws to seal their first win of the season and move up to fifth in the North Group.

Lancashire Lightning eased to a 20-run win over Derbyshire Falcons to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.

The Lightning struggled early on as they were reduced to 38-3 in just over five overs, but Karl Brown and Steven Croft finished with an unbeaten stand of 131 runs.

Stephen Moore made a strong start to Derbyshire's reply, but Kabir Ali finished the day with 3-27 to restrict the rest of the batsmen.
