Sports Mole rounds up Arsenal's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their trip to Merseyside to face Everton on Sunday night.

Arsenal will look to take another step towards securing a top-four spot when they face Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday.

The Gunners have picked up 16 of the last 18 points available to them in the Premier League to move into third place, now two points clear of North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

A Champions League finish is now firmly in their hands, although they could be knocked out of the top four by the time they get underway on Sunday with Spurs, Manchester United and Chelsea all in midweek action.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest injury and suspension news for Unai Emery's side ahead of their trip to Merseyside.

ARSENAL'S INJURY LIST

Aaron Ramsey

Status: Slight doubt
Type of injury: Thigh
Possible return date: April 7 (vs. Everton)

Aaron Ramsey starred during Arsenal's win over Newcastle United on Monday but was forced off with more than 20 minutes left. Emery suggested it was only cramp after the game, and sure enough the outgoing midfielder soon returned to training.

Laurent Koscielny

Status: Slight doubt
Type of injury: Foot
Possible return date: April 7 (vs. Everton)

Laurent Koscielny was a late withdrawal from the squad to play Newcastle on Monday night after complaining of pain in his foot. The Frenchman is expected to recover in time for the weekend, though.

Granit Xhaka

Status: Slight doubt
Type of injury: Thigh
Possible return date: April 7 (vs. Everton)

Granit Xhaka was another to withdraw from Monday's match, but Emery described the problem as a "small injury" and the Swiss midfielder is expected to be in contention at Goodison Park.

Hector Bellerin

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Hector Bellerin suffered ligament damage against Chelsea in January and underwent surgery which will keep him out for between six and nine months.

Rob Holding

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Rob Holding also faces up to nine months on the sidelines with a similar problem to Bellerin's, which he suffered in December.

Danny Welbeck

Status: Out
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: Unknown

Danny Welbeck could feature before the end of the season after all having made good progress from the serious ankle injury which has kept him out since November.

ARSENAL'S SUSPENSION LIST

Lucas Torreira

Lucas Torreira will serve the third and final game of his ban following his red card in the North London derby at the beginning of March. The Uruguayan will be available again on April 15, when Arsenal face Watford.
