Thomas Frank has provided an update on the injury that Mathias Jorgensen sustained during Brentford's most recent Premier League outing.

The Bees were defeated 2-1 by Norwich City in a game that saw 'Zanka' have to be replaced just 12 minutes in due to him picking up an injury.

"I do not know about Zanka's injury. He got a minor one in training on Friday so I do not know if it was the same one that stopped him continuing or another one. I will find out on Monday," Frank said.

Jorgensen has been a regular within the Brentford squad this season, having made seven appearances in the Premier League so far.

It is currently unclear how long the defender will miss, but Brentford are not in action again until November 20, due to the international break.
