The Hammers will enter the contest off the back of a 5-1 loss to Liverpool in the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup, while Man United drew 0-0 with Jurgen Klopp's side in the Premier League last weekend.
The visitors are currently seventh in the Premier League table, one point and two positions above ninth-placed West Ham ahead of the clash in the English capital.
