Sports Mole previews this weekend's Premier League action, with the aid of a selection of statistics from all 10 games taking place.

The race for the Premier League title may now be over following Chelsea's triumph last weekend, but there is still plenty to play for elsewhere as we head into the closing weeks of the season.

Liverpool and Manchester United, who are in what appears to be a straight shootout for the fourth and final Champions League place, face trips of varying difficulty as they take on Chelsea and Crystal Palace respectively.

Elsewhere in the higher reaches of the division, Arsenal welcome a bogey side of sorts in Swansea City, while dethroned champions Manchester City will be looking to push on ahead of next year when they host Queens Park Rangers.

QPR are being cut further adrift from safety with each passing week, and it is a similar story for Burnley who are now eight points off 17th place ahead of their trip to face Hull City.

Meanwhile, Sunderland will be hoping to record back-to-back wins for the first time this term when they face Everton, West Ham United will attempt to put and end to their away-day blues at Aston Villa, and Tottenham Hotspur will be eager to improve on a poor recent return when they face off against Stoke City.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look ahead to the 36th round of fixtures, with a selection of statistics from all 10 games to whet the appetite.

Everton vs. Sunderland

Everton have lost just one of their last 14 league games at Goodison Park (W7 D6 L1), winning the last four in a row.

Sunderland have failed to score in seven of their last 14 Premier League matches against the Toffees and have netted only eight goals in total during that run.

The last seven goals Everton have scored in this fixture have been netted between the 75th and 81st minute.

Sunderland are looking to win back-to-back Prem games for the first time this season.

Aston Villa vs. West Ham United

Villa have failed to score in four of their last five Premier League matches against the Hammers.

West Ham have failed to taste victory in any of their last 10 league away outings.

Kevin Nolan has scored seven goals against the Villans - more than he has netted against any other top-flight opponent - with five of those goals coming in the last six meetings.

Christian Benteke, the Premier League Player of the Month for April, has been involved in 11 of Villa's last 16 league goals (10 goals, one assist).

Hull City vs. Burnley

Five of the last six league meetings between Hull and Burnley have ended with a 1-0 scoreline.

Just seven players have scored a goal for Burnley in the Premier League this season; a lower spread than at any other club.

Hull have never won a Prem game in the month of May (W0 D3 L7).

Burnley have not scored a Premier League goal in nine hours and 29 minutes.

Leicester City vs. Southampton

Leicester have won five of their last six Premier League games, which is as many victories as they had collected in their previous 39 top-flight matches.

Southampton have kept just one clean sheet in the five games since Fraser Forster got injured.

Jose Fonte has made the most interceptions in the league this season (108).

The Foxes have kept three clean sheets in their last four games, equalling the number that they kept in their previous 19.

Newcastle United vs. West Bromwich Albion

Victor Anichebe has scored more Premier League goals against Newcastle than he has versus any other opponent (4), while the returning Papiss Cisse has scored three goals in just 199 minutes against West Brom.

John Carver's side have won just one of their eight games at St James' Park under his guidance (W1 D2 L5), losing the last four in a row.

Newcastle have only ever lost five home games in a row once before in their league history (October 1953 when they lost six on the trot).

Chris Brunt has a league-high eight assists from set pieces this season in the Premier League.

Stoke City vs. Tottenham Hotspur

There have been six red cards in the last six top-flight games between these two sides at the Britannia Stadium.

Harry Kane's goals have won more points (22) than any other Premier League player this season.

Tottenham have lost just one of their last five away league matches (W2 D2 L1).

Spurs have also won on four of their last five visits to Stoke.

Crystal Palace vs. Manchester United

Palace have failed to score in eight of the last 10 meetings with United in all competitions.

Man Utd have won 11 and lost none of the last 13 league meetings between the sides, while they have kept a clean sheet on each of their last four visits to Selhurst Park.

The Red Devils have failed to score in their last two away games, however, last failing to find the net in three successive games back in April 2005.

Six of Palace's last eight goals have been scored (3) or assisted by (3) Glenn Murray.

Manchester City vs. Queens Park Rangers

City have lost just one of their last 15 Premier League home games (W11 D3 L1).

Edin Dzeko has three goals and two assists in two starts and three substitute appearances against QPR, while Sergio Aguero has scored three in four.

Jesus Navas has attempted 42 shots (inc. blocked) without scoring in the top flight this season; more than any other player.

Rob Green has made more errors leading to goals than any other Premier League player this season (6).

Chelsea vs. Liverpool

Jose Mourinho has won eight and lost just one of 10 league matches as a coach against Liverpool, while the Reds won six and lost just two matches against Chelsea between his two spells in charge at Stamford Bridge.

The Merseyside outfit have kept seven clean sheets in their last nine Prem matches on the road.

PFA Player of the Year Eden Hazard has created the most chances from open play in the Premier League this season (88), and has also beaten an opponent with a dribble on the most occasions (160).

John Terry is the only Chelsea player to play every minute of his side's Prem campaign so far (3,150).

Arsenal vs. Swansea City

Injury doubt Danny Welbeck has scored three goals in four league games against Swansea.

Twenty-one of the last 22 goals in this fixture in all competitions have been scored in the second half of the match.

Arsenal named the same XI for the fourth time in a row in the Premier League last time out; the last time they did this was between March and April 1996.

The Gunners have lost just one of their last 34 Premier League matches at the Emirates Stadium (W24 D9 L1), but they have won just three of their seven Prem fixtures against the Welsh club overall.
