Rangers are close to completing the signings of Wigan Athletic players James Tavernier and Martyn Waghorn, according to reports.
The Gers had an initial bid for Tavernier turned down but the Daily Record claims that a second bid for the right-back has been accepted.
He could be joined by Waghorn, who scored 10 goals in 38 appearances for the Latics.
Wigan defender Rob Kiernan joined Rangers last month.
