Inter Milan have earned a 1-1 draw at Roma in tonight's Serie A clash at the Stadio Olimpico.

Francesco Totti gave Roma the lead from the penalty spot in the 22nd minute following Andrea Ranocchia's contentious foul on Michael Bradley.

Bradley appeared to jump over the defender's challenge before falling to ground, allowing Totti to fire the ball home emphatically from 12 yards.

However, Inter were level at the break when Rodrigo Palacio converted Fredy Guarin's fizzing cross.

Guarin had the chance to put Inter ahead midway through a cagey second half, but his effort flew narrowly off target.

Ivan Piris wasted two opportunities for the hosts in the final 10 minutes as the sides settled for a share of the points.
