Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti has revealed that he isn't giving up hope on seeing Dennis Pitta return to the field.
Pitta missed most of last season after suffering a second hip fracture and dislocation in as many years.
The 29-year-old could well be forced to retire as a result of the issue, but Bisciotti remains hopeful he will make it back rather than the team having to use the Draft to replace him.
"I'm praying that Dennis comes back and he's healthy enough and they come to a solution and he feels comfortable," he said, according to the Baltimore Sun.
Bisciotti conceded that they will have to consider their options in the coming months, although he has been left impressed by 2014 third-round pick Crockett Gillmore.
