Terrell Suggs has yet to confirm whether he will need surgery to repair a biceps tear in the off-season.
The Baltimore Ravens linebacker is seeking a second opinion on the injury, which he sustained towards the end of the regular season but played through during the playoffs.
Suggs missed the start of the 2012 campaign while recovering from an Achilles tear sustained during 2011.
The 30-year-old made 22 tackles and two sacks during the eight games that he did play in during the last season.
