Buffalo Bills offensive line coach Aaron Kromer has been arrested on charges of assault and battery.
Kromer was arrested in Florida after he reportedly confronted three boys over the use of beach chairs and then shoved one of them to ground before allegedly striking another in the face.
The 48-year-old then told the boys to return the chairs and has been accused of saying that he would kill the victim's family if he reported the incident to the police, according to the Walton County Sheriff's Office.
Kromer was arrested at 1.39am Eastern Time before being released on a bond at 3.10am.
The Bills said in a statement: "We are aware of the report and in the process of gathering the facts."
The 48-year-old joined the Bills in the off-season after previously spending two years as the offensive coordinator of the Chicago Bears.
