Buffalo Bills running back CJ Spiller has revealed that an injury he picked up in his side's defeat to the New York Jets will not keep him out of action this week.
Spiller damaged his thigh in the third quarter of his team's loss 27-20 loss at MetLife Stadium and did not return to the field.
"A little sore but shouldn't be nothing that will keep me out this week," Spiller told the Buffalo News. "Should be feeling better day-by-day, but just taking it slow.
"As of right now, the plan is to see how it feels doing stuff, doing some treatment and doing everything necessary that I need to do to make sure that I'm ready.
"But come Wednesday or Thursday, ultimately the decision needs to be made — more Thursday — about if I'll be able to go. But I think I should be good."
The Bills face the Baltimore Ravens in week four of the NFL season.
