Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen has backed wide receiver Corey Brown to prove that he is not a "one-trick pony" in the NFL.
The 23-year-old had a solid rookie campaign for the NFC South side in the 2014 campaign as he proved to be a valuable downfield threat for quarterback Cam Newton.
Olsen believes that his teammate is more than capable of developing his game to become an all-round wideout.
"Last year at this time, Corey was a guy where we said, 'Wow, he's fast.' This year he is a receiver," Olsen told the club's official website.
"The guy can play. He's not just a one-trick pony, a guy who is just going to run deep. He has a lot of natural instinct to him. He has a good feel."
Brown recorded 21 receptions for 296 yards and two touchdowns last season.
