The AFC South side fired Mike Munchak after three seasons in charge last Sunday.
The Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator is the third candidate to meet with the team after Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Jim Caldwell and former Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan.
The Bengals have already seen offensive coordinator Jay Gruden leave after he was named as Shanahan's replacement at the Redskins.
