The Cleveland Browns have a four-point lead over the Cincinnati Bengals at half time in the all-AFC North clash.
The Browns grabbed the lead late in the first quarter, as tight end Jordan Cameron hauled in a two-yard pass from Brian Hoyer.
The Cleveland defense was able to restrict their AFC North rivals as they tried to level the scores, but Mike Nugent added a 25-yard field goal to get the Bengals off the mark.
Billy Cundiff had a chance to extend the lead for Cleveland just before half time, but his attempt at the posts was just wide.
