Brian Hartline scores two first-half touchdowns to lead the Cleveland Browns to a 20-10 lead over the Arizona Cardinals.

Brian Hartline caught two touchdown passes to help the Cleveland Browns to a 20-10 lead over the Arizona Cardinals in the first half of their NFL game this evening.

The home side opened the scoring early on when Carson Palmer found tight end Troy Niklas open in the corner of the endzone after Andre Ellington made a big run.

The Browns got the ball back when Armonty Bryant intercepted a Palmer pass, setting up Josh McCown to find Hartline at the back of the endzone before the end of the first quarter.

Cleveland were gifted another chance when Chris Johnson fumbled the ball, resulting in McCown connecting with tight end Gary Barnidge to put the home side ahead.

The hosts looked to extend their advantage midway through the second quarter as Barnidge moved the team across midfield before McCown attempted to sprint for the touchdown, only to be tackled short.

The AFC North side did add a third touchdown a couple of plays later, though, as Hartline managed to lose his marker again, giving the wide receiver his second of the day.

The Cardinals thought they had a touchdown back just before the break when Michael Floyd made a one-handed grab, but a holding penalty on John Brown saw the score wiped off, although Chandler Catanzaro added three points with the field goal.
