Legendary Dallas Cowboys guard Larry Allen has tipped former offensive line coach Hudson Houck to be nominated into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Allen played under Houck for seven years, forming one of the most dominant offensive lines in NFL history alongside the likes of Nate Newton, Erik Williams, Ray Ronaldson, Mark Stepnoski and Mark Tuinei.
Four players whom Hudson coached have gone on to be inducted into the Hall of Fame and Allen, who was inducted himself during yesterday's ceremony, believes that the 70-year-old should join them.
"I'm the fourth Hall of Famer Hudson Houck coached," said Allen. "I don't know how you nominate somebody, but I think he would be a great addition."
Allen made a franchise-record 11 Pro Bowl appearances in his 12-year career with the Cowboys.
