Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett has heaped praise upon his side's "outstanding" defensive performance against the Philadelphia Eagles yesterday.
The Cowboys limited the Eagles to just one field goal in the entire match as they ran out 17-3 victors in an unexpectedly low-scoring encounter between the NFC East's top two teams.
The win means that the Cowboys now have sole control of the division, and Garrett believes that he has his defence to thank for that.
"Obviously, our defense was outstanding. That offense challenges you in so many ways. They have a really good scheme," Garrett told The AP.
"Our defense played sound, played together. They were physical and our tackling was outstanding."
The Cowboys will face the Detroit Lions on Sunday as they look to make it three wins in a row in the NFL.
