Jerry Jones has said that the Dallas Cowboys would be open to trading their first-round pick in this year's draft.
The NFC East side will have the 18th selection on Thursday, but have made 59 draft-day trades since Jones bought the franchise in 1989.
The owner told ESPN Dallas: "I think we'll be open to improving to where we are.
"There's a lot of depth at certain positions in this draft and you could maybe get where you want to be at certain positions and gain some collateral there through a trade."
The Cowboys have traded up twice in the last three years, acquiring Dez Bryant and Morris Claiborne as a result.
