Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones feels that he has been doing his best work as general manager of the team in the past few seasons.
The Cowboys haven't featured in the playoffs since the 2009 season, when they were beaten in the Divisional Round by the Minnesota Vikings, and haven't had a winning campaign since that year.
"The facts are that I really do think the way things have rolled out that I'm getting to do some of the best work that I've done, relatively speaking in my career of these last several years," Jones told KRLD-FM.
Jones was highly successful in his first few years as GM of the Cowboys as he guided them to three Super Bowl wins.
