Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush has called on his side to remain focused ahead of their crucial clash with the Green Bay Packers on Thursday.
The Thanksgiving matchup could go a long way to deciding the post-season fate of the two NFC North sides, with a Lions win potentially ending their rivals' hopes of making the playoffs.
With the Lions on a two-game losing streak, Bush has stated the importance of getting back on track and grinding out a win.
"I think the team's mentality is where it needs to be. I think everybody's focused, everybody understands our position," Bush wrote on his weekly blog.
"The Packers thrive off of turnovers. You know they're going to be going for the ball and that's something we have to be aware of. We have to correct that, because if we don't correct it right now we're going to lose and we won't have a shot at the playoffs."
The Lions have not won their division since 1993.
