Detroit Lions general manager Martin Mayhew has revealed that he expects the franchise to have a quiet trade deadline despite speculation to the contrary.
The Lions are currently in London ahead of their clash with the Atlanta Falcons at Wembley Stadium on Sunday as part of the NFL International Games Series.
"I know we kind of talk to everybody around the league, get calls from different teams and things like that," Mayhew told reporters.
"But I don't anticipate us making any moves at the trade deadline."
Mayhew dismissed the possibility of dealing Ndamukong Suh, who is expected to leave in free agency in the off-season, but he remained non-committal on Calvin Johnson.
