Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has admitted that his broken collarbone is not causing him pain but thinks that another blow to it could leave him out for the season if he were to rush back.

Rodgers has been out for the past three weeks after sustaining the injury in the first quarter of his side's defeat to the Chicago Bears, and his side have struggled without him losing two more games in his absence.

"I think the biggest issue is not the pain at this point," Rodgers told ESPN.

"It is the risk of taking a shot like that and what it would do if [the collarbone] displaced. Obviously, I'd be out for the season and worried about any type of complications going forward."

The Packers are 5-5 in their season going into week 12.
