San Francisco 49ers have scored three touchdowns in the first half to lead the Houston Texans 21-0 at Candlestick Park.
It was a mistake from Texans quarterback Matt Schaub that allowed Tramaine Brock to run the ball back 18 yards for the first score of the match after just 90 seconds.
Randy Bullock could not find his range from 36 yards as the Texans struggled to get going, and the home team surged 14 points ahead when Frank Gore rushed from a yard and Phil Dawson added the extra.
Jim Harbaugh's men took complete control before the interval when Anthony Dixon rushed two yards and Dawson was accurate for the third time.
