Houston Texans defensive end JJ Watt has warned that he won't forget that legendary wide receiver Jerry Rice did not pick him first for this year's Pro Bowl.
Rice won the toss against opposing captain Deion Sanders for first pick in the Draft for this year's new-look Pro Bowl match, choosing New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees and St Louis Rams defensive end Robert Quinn as his first two players.
Sanders responded by picking Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles as well as Watt, who hinted that he would have a point to prove against Rice on Sunday.
"Don't think we forget Jerry picked them first," Watt told the Associated Press.
This year is the first time that two former players will draft their own teams for the Pro Bowl, taking over from the old format of NFC vs. AFC.
