The Indianapolis Colts have announced that Rob Chudzinski will join the team's coaching staff as a special assistant coach.
The 45-year-old spent last season as head coach with the Cleveland Browns, but was fired after the side finished bottom in the AFC North.
Head coach Chuck Pagano said in a statement: "Rob and I have a long professional relationship and his resume speaks for itself.
"He brings a wealth of knowledge and will be a tremendous help to our entire team moving forward. Needless to say, we're excited to have 'Chud' joining our family."
Chudzinski has also previously had spells with the San Diego Chargers and the Carolina Panthers.
