Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck has stated that every player involved in the Pro Bowl is good enough to be deserving of being selected as first choice.
Team captain Deion Sanders chose Luck with his number one pick during the Pro Bowl draft in Hawaii on Wednesday, adding him to a roster which already included Luck's Colts coaching staff.
Upon being selected, Luck said: "Any opportunity here would have been fun and there is great coaches on both sides. I'm very happy to be here and I think probably every guy here is deserving of being the number one pick.
"I'm very happy to be part of this team, with JJ Watt and Jamaal Charles both already chosen as captains and of course the Colts staff in the back room."
Sanders' opposing captain Jerry Rice responded to the pick of Luck by choosing New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham with his first choice.
The Pro Bowl will take place on Sunday night.
