Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne is reportedly out for the season with a torn ACL.
The injury occurred in the fourth quarter of his side's win over the Denver Broncos when he attempted to catch a pass from Andrew Luck at his feet.
Wayne left the field immediately and was taken to hospital for an MRI scan, which confirmed the ACL tear and will rule him out for the rest of the campaign, reports NFL Network.
The Colts are 5-2 following their victory over the Broncos at Lucas Oil Stadium.
